WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Anybody who qualifies for the higher rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and has at least 12 months remaining can apply to join the Motability Scheme. If you don't currently receive a higher rate Disability Living Allowance, you can apply to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and, if successful, exchange this for a Motability Scheme vehicle.
